Honey Pecan Pie

½    cup butter, melted

¾    cup light corn syrup

¼    cup honey

3     large eggs, beaten

1     teaspoon vanilla

¼    teaspoon salt

1     cup pecan halves

1     9-inch pie shell, unbaked

 

Preheat oven to 425-degrees.  Prepare pie shell.  Mix butter, corn syrup, honey, vanilla and salt in a bowl and then add eggs.  Arrange pecan halves on the bottom of crust and cover with filling.  Bake for 10 minutes at 425-degrees and then reduce temperature to 325-degrees.  Bake for 40 minutes or until mixture is firm in the center.  Cool on wire rack.
