Lemonade
4 cups cold water
1 cup lemon juice
(4 to 5 medium lemons)
¾ cup granulated
sugar
Ice cubes
Roll lemons on a counter top for about 1 minute to
release maximum juice. Squeeze enough
juice to measure 1 cup. Add lemon juice,
water and sugar to a chilled pitcher.
Stir until sugar dissolves. Serve
immediately over ice in chilled beverage glasses or refrigerate until serving
time.
Yield: 6 servings.
