Light Mayonnaise

 

Sarah’s “Lite” Recipes

 

1   cup light mayonnaise

2   tablespoons dried cilantro leaves

1   teaspoon lemon juice

1   teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

1  garlic clove, minced

1   teaspoon granulated sugar

 

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.   Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. 

Yield:  1 cup.
