Marva’s Cheesecake – Marva

“Serve with sliced strawberries, cherry pie filling or
sliced peaches on top for a very refreshing dessert.”
2 8-ounce
packages of cream cheese
1 cup powdered
sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 8-ounce
container of cool whip
1 graham
cracker shell
Set cream cheese out to soften to room temperature. Place in mixing bowl and add powdered
sugar. Mix well until
very light and fluffy. Fold in
cool whip until well incorporated. Pour
into graham cracker pie shell. Place in
refrigerator until well chilled.
