Mexican Appetizer

1   15-ounce can refried beans

1   8-ounce carton sour cream

1   1 ¼ -ounce package taco seasoning

1    12-ounce jar chunky salsa

1    8-ounce package Mexican style shredded cheese

      Green onions, chopped

 

Spread refried beans on serving platter.  Mix together sour cream and taco seasoning in a small bowl.  Spread over refried beans.  Top with chunky salsa.  Sprinkle Mexican cheese over top.  Garnish with fresh chopped green onions.  Serve with tortilla chips.
