Mimosa/Fresh Orange Juice

Juice oranges
Orange slice
Squeeze enough juice to fill a chilled champagne flute
1/3 full. Strain juice to remove any pulp
and/or seeds. Add an equal amount of
champagne. Do not stir! Garnish with a fresh slice of orange. Enjoy!
Yield: 1 serving.
