1 cup old fashioned whole grain oats
1 3/4 cups water
Dash of kosher salt
In a saucepan,
bring water to a rolling boil and add a dash of salt. Slowly stir oats into the boiling water. Continue stirring until the water boils
again. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5
to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately!
Yield: 2 servings.
