Orange Dressing – Carol Younger

“This is from a Taste of Home cookbook”

 

½    cup Dijon mustard

½    cup fat-free mayonnaise

½    cup orange juice  ( I use fresh oranges with the pulp)

¼    cup honey

2     tablespoons cider vinegar

¼    teaspoon celery salt

 

Mix all ingredients up in a blender. 

Yield:  1-2/3 cup. 

 

Nutritional analysis: 

2   tablespoons 40 calories, 1 gram fat, 0 gram saturated fat, l mg cholesterol,

223 mg sodium, 8 grams carbohydrate, 0 grams fiber, 1 gram protein.
