Vitamin B (flour) fosters a good appetite and maintains a healthy condition of the nerves.  It keeps skin, mouth and eyes in healthy condition. 

Carbohydrates (flour & sugar) give work energy for body activities and heat energy for maintenance of body temperature.

SUPPLIES!

Whole grain pancake

All fruit spread          

Confectioners’ sugar

 

MATERIALS!

1  tablespoon measure

1  plastic knife

1  sugar shaker

 

RECIPE – 1 SERVING

1   6-inch whole grain pancake

1   tablespoon jelly

    Confectioners’ sugar

 

DIRECTIONS!

1   Measure 1 tablespoon fruit spread.

2.  Spread over pancake. 

3.  Roll up pancake. 

4.  Lightly sprinkle roll-up with confectioners’ sugar

5.  Eat and enjoy.

Wear an apron or smock to protect your clothes.

Listen carefully to directions.

Use good tale manners.

Assist with clean up.
