Parmesan Popcorn

 

Sarah’s “Lite” Recipes

1/2  cup yellow popcorn

      Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

 

Spray microwave popcorn popper with a spray of Canola oil.    Add popcorn and microwave on high power till all kernels are popped, about 5 minutes.  Place popcorn in large serving bowl and sprinkle cheese over.  Toss to coat.  Serve hot!

Yield:  8-10 cups.
