Pasta Salad

Day 1

1      16-ounce box tri-colored Rotini

1 ½  cups vegetable oil

1 ½  cups white vinegar

1 ½  cups granulated sugar

1      teaspoon garlic salt

1 ½  teaspoons salt

1 ½  teaspoons pepper

4      tablespoons onion, minced

 

Cook Rotini according to package directions.  Drain and pour into a large bowl.  Add oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic salt, salt, pepper and onion.  Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.

 

Day 2

2      cucumbers, peeled and chopped

1      green bell pepper, chopped

1      onion, chopped

2-4  cups tomatoes, cut up

¾ -l cup celery, cut up

 

Add vegetables to marinated pasta.  Mix well and serve.
