Pecan Chocolate Fudge

 

Holiday/Special Occasions

 

3     cups milk chocolate morsels

1     14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 ½ cups pecans, chopped

 

Prepare a 9 x 9 x 2-inch square pan with a lining of wax paper.  Set aside.  In a non-stick saucepan, mix together sweetened condensed milk and milk chocolate morsels.  On low heat, constantly stir until morsels are melted.  Remove from the heat and fold in chopped pecans.  Immediately pour fudge mixture into prepared pan.  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
