Peppermint
Divinity
Ho! Ho! Ho! Santa will love a snack of fluffy peppermint divinity. Fluffy white frosting mix is combined with
corn syrup, peppermint flavoring and confectioners’ sugar. Crushed peppermint candies and nuts are
folded in. A very small amount of red
(pink) paste food coloring can be stirred in for a swirl effect or add it with
the first few ingredients for a solid color.
For variation, substitute vanilla for peppermint flavoring and leave out
the candy and nuts.
