boneless pork loin roast
½ teaspoon
thyme
½ teaspoon
marjoram
½ teaspoon fresh
ground pepper
½ teaspoon
season salt
¾ cup peach
preserves
1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon
ground ginger
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine seasonings and rub on all sides of pork roast. Place in a roasting pan/with rack. Bake for 1 ¼ hours until well done. Registers 160-degrees on meat
thermometer. Combine sauce
ingredients and brush on during last 10 minutes of baking..
