salad dressing mix

Preheat oven to 300-degrees. In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients with
dressing mix. Toss to combine. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Coat a large baking pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle mix in a single layer and bake for
25 minutes. Cool on paper towels and
store in airtight containers.
Yield: 14 cups.
