head red cabbage, shredded

small sweet yellow onion, minced

Jonathan apples, peeled, cored and finely diced
In a large serving bowl, toss together the cabbage, onion and apples.

1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons
granulated sugar
1 teaspoon
caraway seed

teaspoon fresh ground pepper

teaspoon salt
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing
ingredients. Pour dressing over the
cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill
before serving.
