Red Velvet Layer Cake
“My favorite cake
for Valentine’s Day”
1 18.5-ounce box
super moist white cake mix
1 3.9-ounce box
instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
3 large eggs
¼ cup Canola oil
1 tablespoon
food coloring, more or less
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Using an electric mixer on medium speed,
combine all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.
Coat three 8-inch round cake pans with cooking
spray and lightly dust with flour. Bake
for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Invert cakes onto cooling racks. Crumb and frost!

1 stick butter
1 tablespoon
vanilla
1 16-ounce box
confectioners’ sugar
Using an electric mixer on medium speed, combine all
ingredients and beat until smooth. Frost
cake!
