Seafood Sauce

 

Fish Recipes

 

1   cup mayonnaise

¼  cup chili sauce

1   tablespoon prepared horseradish

1   teaspoon grated sweet yellow onion

½  teaspoon fresh ground pepper

 

In a small bowl, stir all ingredients together until well blended.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. 

Yield:  1 ¼ cups.
