Sparkling Strawberries/Mint

 

Herbs and Butters

 

24  small strawberries, chilled

1    bottle pink champagne, chilled

6    sprigs fresh mint

 

Place 4 small strawberries in each chilled champagne flute.  Pour champagne over.  Garnish with a sprig of mint. 

Serve and enjoy!
