Spicy Tuna Steaks
¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh ground
pepper
1 pound tuna steaks
Preheat broiler. In
a bowl, combine oil, garlic, soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice and pepper. Mix well. Rinse fish under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels. Divide into 4 servings. Place tuna in a shallow bowl and pour marinade
over. Cover and refrigerate for at least
2 hours. Coat broiling rack with cooking
spray. Place at least 5-inches below the
heat. Broil 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Serve with lemon wedges.
Yield: 4 servings.
