Strawberry Smoothie

 

Sarah’s “Lite” Recipes

 

2    cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1    8-ounce container light strawberry yogurt

1    cup crushed ice

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.

Garnish with a dollop of light whipped topping and a whole strawberry with stem

Yield:  2 servings.
