NUTRITION!
Vitamin C (orange
juice) maintains a sound condition of teeth and gums. It also increases resistance to
infection.
Vitamin D (yogurt)
helps the growing body to use calcium and phosphorus in a normal way in
building sound bones and teeth.
SUPPLIES!
Frozen vanilla
yogurt
MATERIALS!
1 liquid measuring cup
1 small ice cream scoop
1 8-ounce paper cup
Electric blender
RECIPE – 1
SERVING!
1/2 cup orange juice (4
ounces)
1 small
scoop frozen yogurt
DIRECTIONS!
1. Measure orange juice into measuring cup. Pour into blender jar
2. Scoop yogurt and add to blender jar.
3. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving cup. (Adult)
4. Eat and enjoy!
