Valentine Cherry Pie

 

Holiday/ Special Occasions

 

1    6-ounce prepared graham cracker crust

1    3-ounce package cream cheese, softened

1    26-ounce can cherry pie filling

1    8-ounce carton whipped topping, divided

      Paste red food coloring

 

Spread softened cream cheese over bottom of graham cracker crust.  Tint whipped topping pink with a touch of food coloring.  Fold 6-ounces of whipped topping into pie filling and spoon into crust.  Cover and refrigerate until set.   Garnish each serving with a dollop of whipped topping

Yield: 6 serving.
