Vanilla Pudding

enables the growing body to use calcium and phosphorus in a normal way in
building sound bones and teeth.
Carbohydrates
(sugar & flour) gives
work energy for body activities and heat energy for maintenance of body
temperature.
2 % milk
1 tablespoon measure
1 plastic spoon
1 8-ounce cup
˝ cup milk
2 tablespoons Instant pudding mix
1. Measure milk and pour into serving cup
2. Measure pudding mix and stir into milk
3. Stir pudding for 2 minutes or until set.
4. Eat and Enjoy!
Wash your hands
with soap and water before cooking.
Wear an apron or
smock to protect your clothes.
Listen carefully to
directions.
Use good table
manners.
Assist with clean
up.
