4 9-inch whole grain pita wraps
1 cup pizza sauce
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup broccoli florets, sliced very thin*
1 cup cauliflower florets, sliced very thin*
1 green, yellow or red bell pepper, sliced
very thin*
2 green onions, sliced very thin*
1 cup shredded low-moisture, part-skim
Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Brush olive oil and then brush pizza sauce
over crust. Equally divide veggies and
cheeses between pitas. Bake 12 to 15
minutes or until pita is light golden brown and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Yield: 4 servings.
